Our wine cellar is divided in three sections: wine-making area, barrel-ageing premises and bottle storage space, with a total surface of 1.060 square m.
The wine –making area includes,1.000L, 3.000L , 10.000L. and 25.000 L. stainless steel tanks which can add up to a maximum capacity of 300.000 L. We combine traditional wine-making technique with the most modern machinery and techniques such us to control temperature in alcoholic and malolactic fermentation thus obtaining the quality required.
Ageing is made in French and American Oak Barrels, in a subterranean space, silent and protected from natural light where the temperature ranges 14ºC to 16ºC during all the year.
Bottle ageing and storage section, dark and silent, also whith a natural temperature from 14ºC to 16ºC , provides the roundness and harmony required in our wines.
